This was the Play/Rec Pilot Project - meaning that this release was meant as a way of getting started on everything it took to release records. Production was payed for by the contributing bands and all money made was channeled into Play/Rec to finance further releases. It was a long time in the making as we were completely inexperienced when we started out in october 1998 - but it was a learning experience and we were near encyclopedias of record label do´s and dont´s when it came out in january 2000 after several months of delays, dissapointments and a single law suit (filed by us - and we won too!).
